If you, like many other parents, have questions and concerns about your schools, students and education during COVID-19, Alachua County Public Schools (ACPS) is hosting a Telephone Town Hall meeting on Thursday, April 30.
“On Thursday, April 30 from 6 to 7 p.m., you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and hear from Superintendent Karen Clarke and other district staff during a Telephone Town Hall meeting that will also be airing live on Cox Channel 12 and streaming from this website,” according to ACPS.
If you would like to participate in this meeting, wait for an automated call from the district office at (352) 955-7545 around 6 p.m. You will be prompted to stay on the line to participate. You will be able to ask questions, or simply listen in. If you want to make sure your correct phone number is registered with the district, you can register your number by clicking this link.
The meeting will also air live on Cox Channel 12 and stream live at www.sbac.edu. It will be available in both English and Spanish.
