The Cade Museum is offering interactive STEAM activities (activities based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) through “Cade at Home.”
Online, you can find 7 lessons all modeled after the museum’s Mothers of Invention exhibition. ”Everyone says that necessity is the mother of invention,” according to Cade Museum. “But at the Cade, we see inventions born from all of these Mothers of Invention: Necessity, Curiosity, Imagination, Iteration, and Serendipity.”
Each lesson teaches on a mother of invention and includes fun interactive STEAM activities that you can do with your kiddos at home. All activities can be done with things you already have at home, according to Cade Museum. There is also a downloadable Cade’s Mothers of Invention audio tour that you can access through the GuidiGo app.
You can access these Mothers of Invention lessons online or through their newsletter.
