IMPORTANT SUBMISSION INFORMATION By submitting photo and information, you agree that you are the responsible parent/guardian of this child. By submitting photo, you are agreeing to allow Giggle Magazine to keep your child's photo and information on record for future photo shoot consideration. By submitting your child's photo, you acknowledge that submitting your child's info does not guarantee your child will be used or chosen. By submitting photo, you understand and agree that the authorization, consent and permissions contained herein are given voluntarily and with the full understanding that no compensation or other payment of any kind will be paid to any person for any of the agreements contained herein or use thereof by Giggle Magazine. Your child's photo or information will NOT be sold. All your information is kept private and will be used for internal consideration only by Giggle Magazine staff. Children are chosen based on the needs of the editorial content, photography needs, design and scheduling availability. You are welcome to submit your child as many times as you would like. Multiple submissions do not increase chances of them getting chosen. You are welcome to submit more than one child from the same family. You must be an Alachua or Levy County resident.
