Irving Publications is growing and has launched a search for a part-time circulation and distribution manager who has a passion for working in a fun and creative environment. This position is responsible for deliver our monthly publications to locations all throughout Gainesville, Alachua and Newberry. Candidate will deliver magazines, record distribution numbers and maintain Irving Publication’s magazine racks all in accordance with Irving Publications guidelines.

This position is perfect for a candidate that is looking for part-time employment only a few weeks each month. The position is being offered at flat rate of $1000 per month. All magazines must be distributed within the first 10 days of the month. Once magazines are completely distributed then no more work will be required until the next months magazines come in. If you are a hustler this may be completed in less than 10 days for the same flat rate.

• High level of confidence
• Ability to self motivate to complete tasks
• Thrives under pressure and is a good decision maker
• Outgoing personality and image conscious
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player and understands the value of working in a team and being focused on the bigger picture
• Have a clean driving record
• At least two professional references highly recommended

This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and exceeding a 10 day delivery window goal
• Seek out new locations for distribution to expand the brand
• Developing strong professional relationships with existing clients and area business professionals
• Being extremely familiar with the geography of each city
• Maintain and update routes in system
• Responding to urgent requests from clients
• Have high proficiency in google sheets or excel
• Must be available to work the first 10 days of each month
