Yesterday, American Honda recalled approximately 608,000 2018-2020 Honda Odyssey, 2019-2020 Passport and 2019-2021 Pilot cars in the US, according to a Honda press release. These vehicles could be affected by four different Honda recalls.
Honda says that there have been no reports of crashes or injuries related to the recalls. The recalls include a Gauge Control Module Software Recall, Front Control Box Software Recall, Rear View Camera Replacement Recall, Sliding Door Outer Handle Cable Recall. If you own a 2018-2020 Honda Odyssey, a 2019-2020 Passport or a 2019-2021 Pilot, visit www.recalls.honda.com to find out if your car is included in the recall. A notice will be mailed to owners beginning in September, according to Honda.
In your car is included, “free recall repairs, varying by specific vehicle, include two software updates, replacement of rear view cameras and replacement of sliding door outer handle cables,” according to the press release.
