Governor Ron DeSantis just ordered a state-wide Stay-at-Home order for the state of Florida to slow the spread of COVID-19. This order will be effective as of Thursday at midnight, and it will last until April 30, according to the state of Florida executive order number 20-91.
Alachua County has already been under a Stay-at-Home order since March 24, and Alachua County residents are to continue practicing social distancing and should leave the house for essential purposes only.
