Do you like Rocky Road Ice Cream just as much as we do? If so,  you can make your own at home with just a few ingredients!

DIY Rocky Road Ice Cream

You’ll Need:

• Chocolate ice cream (if you only have vanilla, you can swirl in extra chocolate fudge) 
• Chopped walnuts and peanuts
• Mini marshmallows
• Chocolate fudge
• For toppings (optional):
  • Whipped cream
  • chocolate fudge 
  • caramel syrup 
  • chopped peanuts 

To assemble: 

In a large baking dish, spoon in your ice cream. You might need to let the ice cream thaw for a few minutes to be able to do this. Spread out your ice cream in the baking dish to cover the dish. Now, add in your chopped nuts, mini marshmallows and chocolate fudge. Mix your ice cream up with the add-ins until everything is equally distributed. Now, cover your baking dish with plastic wrap and put it back in the freezer to harden for 30 minutes. Once your ice cream if firm again, scoop out your rocky road ice cream into ice cream bowls, and top with whipped cream, chopped nuts, caramel sauce and more chocolate fudge. Enjoy!
