In memory of Lola Perkins (picture above, far left), a Team Sun Country athlete, the Perkins family is offering to pay the tuition of one gymnast at Sun County Sport Center through the Lola Perkins Memorial Scholarship.

“All gymnasts who indicate an interest in gymnastics will be considered for the scholarship,” according to Sun Country’s Facebook page. “To apply, please complete a Tuition Assistance application: suncountrysports.com/tuitionassistance/”

The gymnast chosen will have the monthly tuition fees taken care of for FUNdamental Recreational Program classes. Call Sun Country Sports Center at (352) 448-0268 for more information.
