It’s been weeks now that we’ve been confined to our homes and warned of going outside, but if you and your little ones are itching to go somewhere, we might have the perfect activity for you! You can watch the new Trolls movie, “Trolls World Tour” at the Ocala Drive-In movie theater.
They’re airing Trolls World Tour on Fridays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m.; Saturdays and Mondays at 10 p.m.; and Wednesdays at 11 p.m. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 6-12 and free for children ages 5 and under. No outside food is allowed into the Drive-In. They keep their ticket prices low by selling concessions to guests, and if outside food is brought in you will be asked to leave.
The Ocala Drive-In movie theater also offers other movies such as the new movies “Resistance” starring Jesse Eisenberg and “Swallow” starring Haley Bennett, as well as classic film “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.” For the full schedule of films and showtimes, click here!
Due to COVID-19, the theater has taken safety precautions to ensure their guests’ safety. These include keeping each car a safe distance from other cars, meaning that if you and friends or family come in two separate cars, you may not park next to each other, but instead will need to social distance, and each car must have at least two passengers. No single-person vehicles are allowed to take up one of the very limited parking spaces available, but you may park in their parking lot and sit in the limited area patio to watch the films if visiting alone.
Check out their website for more information on how the theater is responding to COVID-19.
