Green Machine Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cubed mango
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1/4 cup of almonds
- 1/4 cup of dates
- 1 cup of water
Banana Bash Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower (steam the cauliflower for smoother texture)
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Very Berry Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped beets
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1.5 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS FOR ALL SMOOTHIES:
1. Slice the banana
2. Place ingredients into blender
3. Blend until thick and creamy or desired consistency
4. Pour it and serve it!
